Bougherra after Joining the Rangers

Bougherra joined the Rangers, signing a four-year contract for £ 2.5 million, on July 31, 2008. He signed for the Rangers on the recommendation of Adam Owen, who worked closely with him at Sheffield Wednesday in English League championship
He made his Rangers debut August 9, 2008 in a Scottish league game against Falkirk and scored his first portal on September 28, 2008 in a 3-0 win over the Hibernian. In August 2011, Lekhwiya Bougherra moved on the Qatar side for £ 1.7 million. Bougherra made his league debut on September 16 in a game against Al-Wakrah in which he scored the only goal of the match, marking the first goal of the 2011/2012 season. In his first season with the club he helped to win Lekhwiya in Qatar Stars League 2011-12. Bougherra Lekhwiya leaves in May 2014. On September 9, 2016, Bougherra signed with the Greek club Aris Thessaloniki. Three months later, after not presenting for Aris and appearing only from the hall once Bougherra has announced his retirement from football.
